We think you’ll love our holiday cottages which are full of Scottish Borders charm and character. They are built from a converted Georgian farm steading, previously owned by the Duke of Buccleuch and retaining lots of original features.
Set on the edge of Melrose, at the foot of the heather clad Eildon Hills (which turn purple in August when the heather is in flower!) we enjoy the best of both worlds – surrounded by the stunning Scottish countryside whilst only a couple of minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from Melrose town centre with its brilliant shops, restaurants and cafes. We are also only 5 minutes drive to the nearest train station from where you can reach Edinburgh city centre in under an hour.
